Rietschle Thomas’sModel 1101 miniature compressor includes a rolling diaphragm designthat combines the features of rotary and diaphragm pumps. Rather thanmoving up and down, the Model 1101 pump’s diaphragm rolls in thecylinder. This increases airflow relative to size and provides preciseflow with limited pulsation. Supports medical, laboratory, andindustrial applications. A built-in resonator limits the pump’s noiselevel to 45 dBA. The pump measures just 2.75 inches (70 mm) long, oneinch (27 mm) in diameter and weighs 2.6 ounces (75 g). Maximum flow is rated at 3.2 LPM. Maximum pressure rating is 500 MBAR(7.3 PSI). Available in both 5.5 and 12 VDC versions and featureslong-life EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber) diaphragms and valves.
