SG Opens Calif.-Based Service Center for Almatec & Mouvex Pump Product Lines
Pump Solutions Group (PSG), a business unit within Dover Corporation and manufacturer of positive-displacement pumps and related technologies opened a new service center for its Almatec and Mouvex pumps. The center is located within PSG in Grand Terrance, Calif.
The facility, called the “Euro-Center,” is designed to provide application engineering, market support, and after-sales support. Channel partners will also be able to process purchase orders for Almatec and Mouvex pumps and parts through the center, which PSG says will help to decrease product lead-times and allow for repairs and transmission rebuilds.
The Euro-Center features a Class 100 Clean Room for both Almatec and Mouvex pumps, where ultra-pure pumps require a controlled environment, due in part to high sensitivity to environmental contamination. The Almatec products available for purchase at the facility include: E Series, Biocor, Chemicor, Futur, CX, AH High Pressure, and optional equipment. The Mouvex pumps for purchase include: C Series, SLC Series, Micro-C Series, S Series, SLP Series, A Series, and spare parts and kits.
The facility, which had its grand opening on Sept. 4, is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 certified to meet industry credentials.
