1 | flowmeter
Endress+Hauser’s Proline Prosonic Flow G can be supplied with one of two transmitters: the compact Proline 300, or the remote 500. Inputs and outputs can output flow, as well as pressure, temperature and process variables. It measures dry and wet gases with high precision (±0.5%). It operates at up to 302°F and up to 1450 psi and can be ordered with built-in pressure and temperature sensors. Input from sensors can be combined with the measured sound velocity to calculate additional gas properties.
2 | metering pump
Blue-White Industries’ Chem-Pro CD3 multi-diaphragm metering pump is designed for pumping gas forming chemicals. The CD3 Dual Diaphragm Hyperlink Drive Technology pumps chemicals continuously, is self-priming, and will not vapor lock. The patented, durable diaphragm design will last the life of the pump. The energy-efficient brushless DC variable speed motor helps achieve a large turndown ratio for accuracy. It has a flow range of 0.05 to 53 gph, leak detection and fittings for multiple configuration.
3 | centrifugal pump and vertical turbine pump
Xylem expanded its pump portfolio with the e-XC single-stage double suction centrifugal pumps and larger vertical turbine pumps. The e-XC is designed for durability and performance in harsh environments and comes in multiple configurations and materials to handle aggressive applications. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel impeller and wear rings reduce downtime, increase efficiency and enhance performance. The vertical turbine pump is scaled with capacities up to 50,000 gpm.
4 | ultrasonic flowmeter
Flow Technology’s QCT Series is a compact solution for measuring low viscosity liquids. The QCT has no moving parts, nonwetted sensors, and nothing in the flow stream to cause obstruction. The meter comes in sizes 1/8 inch to 1 inch, accurate to ±0.5% of reading, plus zero stability and repeatability is ±0.2% over 10:1 calibration range. It has a 0.035 to 70 gpm flow range and 14°F to 176°F temperature range.
