Sierra Instruments’s QuadraTherm qMix RealTime Flare Measurement System (FMS) can adjust flow readings when flare gas composition changes in seconds to match real-time readings from a gas analyzer. The system includes the accuracy of QuadraTherm thermal mass flowmeters and the qMix RealTime app. It has four sensors: three platinum temperature sensors and one no-drift DrySense mass velocity sensor. Flow range is extended to ultra-low flows down to 0.1 sfps (0.03 smps) to extreme high flows, 120,000 sfpm (600 smps), with a 1000:1 turndown.

VorTek Instruments’ SonoPro portable clamp-on flowmeter incorporates high accuracy transit-time ultrasonic technology, delivering accurate and reliable flow metering and dependable BTU energy or mass flow measurement. Matched precision transducers and signal processing circuitry accurately measure flow of most liquids over a wide range of velocities. Clamp-on transducers create no wear, zero pressure loss, and do not require process interruptions to install them since they are attached to the outside of the pipe.

Otek’s SSAM-N is a form, fit and function replacement for the analog DB40 and VS252 meters and part of its series of digital panel meters. With Plug and Play technology, the SSAM-N is designed to replace almost any 4-inch ANSI meter without requiring the surrounding panel and wiring to be changed or removed and with minimal operator training. Powered by the signal it measures, the SSAM-N was designed without any critical digital assets to avoid vulnerabilities to cybersecurity attacks.

AW-Lake’s EDGE family of Flow Electronics interface with PD or turbine flowmeters. When installed on a flowmeter, it can force the sensor to output a frequency or analog signal output for flexibility when interfacing with readout equipment or control rooms. Modbus output adds system compatibility. A Bluetooth mobile app supports signal processing, allowing users to monitor and program flowmeters from a smartphone. The EDGE family includes FAC-R Frequency to Analog Converter, Flow Sensor, and Battery-Powered Flow Rate Transmitter.
