AALBORG’s newly developed XFM57, XFM67 and XFM77 digital mass flowmeters offer extended flow rates up to 1000 L/min. Calibrations for up to 10 different gases and internal conversion factors for up to 32 gases are also offered. Flow rates are displayed in 23 different volumetric or mass flow engineering units, including user defined. XFMs support various functions that include: programmable flow totalizer, high and low flow alarms, automatic zero adjustment, two relay outputs, jumper selectable 0-5 Vdc or 4-20 mA analog outputs as well as status LED diagnostics. The meters can be programmed remotely via RS-232/RS-485 or optional Profibus DP interface.
air/gas flowmeter
Fluid Components International (FCI)’s ST75 Air/Gas Flow Meter measures natural gas, carbon dioxide (CO2) and mixed waste gases in small line sizes and helps breweries optimize their complex fermentation tank steam heating processes by accurately measuring the ratio of boiler burner fuel gas to air for efficient combustion. The ST75 operates over a wide flow range, from 0.01 to 559 SCFM (0.01 to 950 NCMH) depending on line size. For variable process conditions, the ST75 is factory preset to a wide turndown range at 10:1 to 100:1. It features accuracy to ±2% of reading with ±0.5% repeatability over varying process temperatures in line sizes from 0.25 to 2 inches.
high-pressure flowmeter
Titan Enterprises’ High Pressure Oval Gear (OG4) flowmeter is suited for applications in the oil and gas industry that require a highly accurate and chemically resistant flow measurement device, such as metering high-pressure additive injection. OG4 flowmeters are able to operate at temperatures up to 150°C and are fully IP67/NEMA 4 compliant. Each OG4 flowmeter comes with a pressure test certificate that verifies the device’s ability to handle pressures up to 700 bar and up to 950 bar for custom-designed models. With a standard flow range of 0.25 to 50 liter/min. on 30cSt oil, OG4 flowmeters are able to regularly achieve outstanding repeatability (0.1%) and accuracy (0.75%).
