The M-2300 Series is designed with sensors that provide flow measurement accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5% with minimal pressure loss. PFA-wetted materials and a straight flow path with no moving parts ensure exceptional corrosion resistance while eliminating dead legs, obstructions or particle contamination. With its inline design and seamless integration that offers no pressure drop and no metering cutoff, the M-2300 is a superior alternative to vortex flow meter technology.
Available in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" tubes and fittings, the M-2300 Series is suitable for various semiconductor applications in minimal footprints, including CMP, cooling systems, ECD, electroless deposition, laser equipment, solar PV equipment, track tools, wet clean, wet process and chemical distribution systems.
