Ashcroft”sXmitr transmitter combines the features of the company”s PowerFlex pressure gaugewith patented transducer technology to create a single, convenient,dual-function instrument. With only half the number of instruments toinstall, the device reduces the cost of purchasing, installing, andcalibrating multiple instruments. The instrument provides traditionaltransmitter features — including four to 20mA and voltage outputs, CEratings, and 1 percent BFSL accuracy — with electronic temperaturecompensation from -20 C to 85 C. Pressure ranges from vacuum through15,000 PSI are available in several models offered with two-inch, 2.5″,or 3.5″ diameter dial faces. These features allow the device to replaceBourdon tube gauges and transmitters in a wide variety ofinstallations.
