1 | tank level gauge
The new Ashcroft TC tank level gauge provides liquid level measurement for any shape of vented storage tank or vessel. The analog dial is scaled to customer requirements, while the 160 mm size provides easy reading. Indication is separated by an integral capillary line, up to 90 feet, facilitating the remote mounting of the seal housing. Choice of 316 SS fittings and mounting configurations allows for external or internal (submerged) installation. The model TC does not require power.
2 | smart sensor
Petasense’s Vibration Mote Model 3 (VM3) is a sensor that combines speed detection with triaxial vibration and temperature, enabling continuous monitoring of variable speed assets. Users can trend readings under consistent operating conditions. VM3 offers event-based measurement, such as taking readings only when the asset is running at a specific speed. It provides battery life up to five years. Data from the VM3 is transmitted over Wi-Fi to the ARO Cloud, with detailed analyst tools. VM3 also offers Bluetooth connectivity.
3 | flammable gas sensors
NevadaNano’s microelectro-mechanical systems (MEMS)-based gas sensors, the Molecular Property Spectrometer (or MPS) Flammable Gas Sensors, are integrated into Blackline’s portfolio of cloud-connected G7 connected safety wearables. The sensors are able to simultaneously and accurately monitor the environments for the lower explosive limit (LEL) levels of the 12 most common combustible gases. With combustible gas detection monitoring, worker safety is enhanced, with nearly no false alarms.
4 | seal valves
Conval offers low- and high-pressure Clampseal bellows seal valves for demanding applications. Low-pressure ASME Class 150-900 bellows seal valves are ideal for toxic, corrosive and caustic applications and regulation of severe-service process control. They feature low weight and seismic profile; leak-proof integrity; inline servicing; high cycle bellows; high flow capacity; and no fugitive emissions. High-pressure single and double bellows seal valves are ideal where packed valves may not reliably contain light gases or hazardous system fluids.
