Coriolis flowmeter

Alicat Scientific, a division of Halma PLC, released its CODA line of Coriolis-based mass flowmeters and controllers as a high precision, ultra-low flow solution. The CODA line of Coriolis instrumentation deploys a more resistant flow path, opening up the potential for more compatibility with aggressive fluid applications. CODA demonstrates fast response times in direct measurement of mass flow. With the Coriolis line, measurement is independent of fluid composition, allowing its application to a broader array of processes. CODA is also capable of measuring ultra-low flows and can operate at high pressures, up to 3,500 psi.

The instruments also feature corrosion-resistant models and resistance to external vibration.

variable area flowmeter

Brooks Instrument’s GT1600 glass tube variable area flowmeter is ideal for low- and high-flow gas and liquid applications where viewing the process is important. The flowmeter features 316 stainless steel construction and a polycarbonate shield to ensure safety and longevity. The adjustable, transparent scale improves readability and allows for offset correction to compensate for process variation. An alarm option is available for automatic monitoring of critical flow conditions. The GT1600 is available with a variety of connections to fit existing piping arrangements or mount to a panel or wall. For in-situ cleaning, the glass tube and float can be replaced without removing the flowmeter from the piping.

pH sensor and device

Endress+Hauser’s Liquiline Mobile CML18 handheld device and Memosens CPL51E lab pH sensor can be paired together for applications in the lab or for grab sample analysis in the field, guaranteeing consistency of data between lab and process measurements.

The pH sensor is optimized for a fast response time in sample analysis and laboratory applications that do not require a high degree of temperature- and pressure-resistance. It is precalibrated and ready for use. The CML18 device can be operated using the SmartBlue app and used with Memosens pH, ORP, conductivity and dissolved oxygen sensors. In addition to the primary measured variable, measured temperature can also be displayed.
